How do I place an order?

To place your order, simply email info@florentinanyc.com and provide your name, contact details and the details of the items you have selected. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Florentina with all required details.

We will communicate with you directly and assist you with your order.

Why can't I buy directly from the website?

We mainly work with retail partners so we don't always have all items in stock. However we always keep items in stock to assist you directly and provide you with our beautiful products. A list of our retail partners can be found here.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer

Will my payment details be secure?

Are my personal details safe?

Your privacy and security is very important to us. All personal information you provide Florentina with are maintained in private files for our use only. We respect your privacy and will not give your email id to any other company or third party unless required by law or if you breach our Terms & Conditions. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 1-5 working days, depending on when your payment goes through and if your selective items are in stock.

Your package will be sent via DHL and you will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

 

How do I care for my product?

For all our products we will include some care instructions to explain how to maintain the beauty of your product. For our scarves and stoles we do recommend taking extra care when wearing with jewelry, zips, and sharp objects.

 

Can I buy a gift voucher or send my order as a gift to someone?

Of course! You can buy any product as a gift and we will post it anywhere you like. You can also buy a gift voucher from us and reserve a product of your choice in advance.

What happens if my selective product is not in stock or sold out?

No problem. If for any reason your product is not available, we will put you in touch with one of our retails partners. We also constantly produce new color combination and always have new products coming in and happily put you on wait list to make sure that you will receive your desired products as soon as possible.
We would like to apologize in advance for any waits due to the high demand. Almost all of our products are handmade and to ensure the quality of our products we only work with selective and trusted production partners.

We love to collaborate with other fashion houses and can create products that will compliment your existing product range.
